Well the increase in the number of shares 10 fold might have something to do with the low price. When they get the 22 million the share price will go up on the news for a while. The question is how much? It is a mystery. Hold on for a while and do not bet the farm. It seems they will last for a few years with the current revenue. If they buy back shares until the price spikes to .50 we will all be happy. Remember they are going to get a small percentage of sales as well as a lump sum.
