Im not concerned about the current float as much as i am concerned about the amount/rate the float is growing.

If the float is 40 million it is higher than the ENTIRE OS just a year ago. Who is unloading so much stock into these paid promotions?... and why are they so eager to get out if things are about to get better? Why are they not buying instead?

I asked similar questions about SFMI and you thought i was wrong as well.
