Whenever HHSE files a claim, the defendants will be compelled via subpoena to produce all documentary proof to support their position.

It'll cost tens of thousands of dollars just to play defendant -- that's if there's a fast out-of-court settlement.

For the idiots that drag any litigation out, it'll cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees (pre-trial).
