I don't know, Ernie, but when it is, THEN we will know for an absolute certainty, such as will be without any doubts, whatsoever, by any reasonable & rationable person. . For an example: my lovely & wonderful wife Susie died on June 14th, 2013 after 42 years of a happy & loving marriage & relationship with her. Subsequent to that IRREFUTABLE FACT, that took place in a Phoenix Hospice center, and was certified to be true by the head physician in charge at that facility, my precious Susie was cremated by a reputable & licensed mortuary; and I have her official death certificate from the STATE of ARIZONA, and her ashes in an urn sitting on my little living room fire place mantel TO ATTEST to the fact, THAT SHE REALLY IS DEAD & GONE! When ''something'' similar to that happens with regard to THE MSJ MINING PEOPLE, and whoever the SRGE people really were, then I will acknowledge defeat, and give up all hope, and THEN write it off as a tax loss, as you rightfully opine, MIGHT BE the best thing to do (now). So, my attitude is, and based on all of the best DD that I was & have been able to compile, that my million shares of SRGE, and the $1000 U.S. paper dollars of 2013 that it cost me to buy them, shall either sink or swim, no matter how long it might take. For it certainly wouldn't be the first time in history that ''someone'' or ''something'' was somehow or other miraculously resurrected from that which formerly, appeared to be dead!
''For faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen!''

GBU, Ernie, and especially those persons who are still holding on to their SRGE shares of common stock, who are still hoping for the victory. But I will give it to you, Ernie, that it is not looking to be so vibrant of a hope, as it formerly was, for our faith is being sorely ''STRETCHED''! Sincerely, ''Jaime'' of Phoenix, Arizona.
