ADDITIONALLY and perhaps more to what was trying to be addressed by them here: The stock was NOT stolen. There is no evidence of that in any way. The fraudsters do NOT have your shares. What exactly happened to them may not be easily understood...or in question, but as the claims here have been for years (and ignoring the bankruptcy acts, etc...)...the stockholders of SPNG do still claim to have their shares of stock, regardless of the certificate matter. (Heck...again neither the the fraudsters or others have them. They never had any interest in them as they knew it was always worthless).
While the business concept itself was a joke and an utter failure anyway agreeably the fraudsters helped make the stock worthless....a bad investment.
