You have to expect hundreds of millions more being issued for whatever low margin South American business they plan to purchase as well.

This is going to spiral out of control fast imo...The way stock is being issued, without accomplishment, along with the lack of buy interest, will push this lower long term. Supply/demand dictates direction in the markets. Just like with SFMI and 99% of all other penny stocks, especially those in low margin sectors, like GHDC. Overhead destroys them.
