More value in buyout if contacts in place with reputable firms with dollars attached. So I'd prefer execution of plan .... then sell.

Of course .... if execution turns out better than expected ..... might have a choice of selling or not.

Nothing leads me to conclude Dahl can execute "above" expectations up til this point .... but options are always good.
