So it is your position that the lack of success by Treaty Energy is because the SEC has the handcuffs on? Who are you trying to kid? The reason for the SEC having the handcuffs on is because Treaty failed to run a proper business and is/was nothing but a dry hole scam from the start. Please tell me which project that Treaty was involved in that made money? The only money these crooks got was from shareholder money. The "longs" will never get their money out of this scam. Treaty will never make money. And now you blame the SEC? Blame the crook management for not following the law when it comes to financial reporting. How is that audit coming along? Where are the jokesters that said the financial audit would be completed in two weeks, then 90 days?
