I believe you are referencing the 8K that basically extended the executive "chutes" in the event of change of control.

There aren't any stock awards in there ..... its all cash .... a vesting of any warrants that were not previously vested.

Their overall contracts are renewed annually as I recall.
Rice owns no stock. Poor for Chairman and CFO.
Dahl owns I think around 550K .... and I don't recall has any warrants any longer .... I'd have to check .... most of the "awards" for Dahl are performance based .... i.e. bioactive characterization and signing deals ... that have not been achieved ... and are priced at higher prices that current.

But my memory is rusty a bit .... have attention focused on positioning for other investments and the overall markets.

ZIVO ..... at least as this point .....
Anyone can validate the algae biomass is real.
If you do some work ..... you can get some tidbits validating tests are real.
Wellmetris ..... you have to go to Dahl for but you can work your way to find a few things elsewhere to.

This company has tangible .... marketable .... property.
The question .... CAN THIS MANAGEMENT EXECUTE ON IT ????

Like I said I see a flurry of movement at the moment .... but anyone's guess as to the results.
