Here is table to review the historical PPS action just before and subsequent the sale.

Plug in the date of your choice but one can see the PPS began to appreciate significantly after about a fortnight.

The temporary appreciation lasted about 70 days before retreating back to former level and then continued the slide to $2.61 that we traded at today.

Trade? Maybe, maybe not (the fraud story is getting out)

Turnaround Investment? Risky at best. This equity is in a significant longer term decline with no established any support level and declining corporate financial metrics.
