I guess the same way I stated that FIRNA was protecting the banks capital. Just this morning they were talking about this same thing on the news. Also any bank involved in any violation would be banned from the markets. I told you guys FIRNA is holding up things. To combat things like this they are going to add a new type of audit agent. That does not report to the SEC or FIRNA. REDHawk seeing the future today.
