$1 is not by any stretch a pipe dream.

But it may be at least in part a dream about pipes...

Any idea what a leading e-cig or cannabis supply company would pay IDLM for the opportunity to use the Datpiff brand on their products? Talk about pipe dreams. This would be over $1 overnight if Frasier were to combine some better communication on financials with news of a blockbuster branding deal with a top-flight company.

I believe that closing this unpleasant SEC chapter will not only lead to improved communications, but also to Frasier having increased bandwidth to do things like hire, grow, and cut deals.
