LOL minor... for a company with $0 revenues, yeah losing $300k in financing just minor?

Lozenge press from Dec 2014 1st to market - never fulfilled...
April 2015 press CBD capsule - never fulfilled
Financing press June 2015 - never fulfilled
Press again in Aug 2015 on CBD capsule update - never fulfilled
Q2 financials still not filed - CBDS delinquent and on the PINKS

Lets hope the Kush spinoff was not dependent on that money?

And if you think they can't control the time those SEC's are filed, you really need to do some better dd.
