I personally called $10 eoy. I'm still here. No, I'm not happy with the current PPS. Yes, I like most recent (last 6 months) SLTD's business developments. No, I don't think current price is just. Yes, I've been loading at these levels. On Monday and Tuesday I added 2K more warrants at 1.20.
No, I don't expect $10 eoy anymore. Yes, I'm still sticking around because this company is well positioned to grow. I started buying at 20 cents pre-R/S. Do I sometimes wish I didn't buy last year but rather found this stock at current levels? Perhaps, but it is what it is, so not really worth lamenting about

Simple backlog conversion as of end of Q2 (end of June) already gets us to JN's guidance. Net income/loss was pretty much a wash last Q, however, if you account for (supposedly profitable) Elite, SLTD produced net income in Q2 on a pro-forma basis

Fresno? Things happen. As far as I'm concerned, SLTD didn't do anything wrong. PR advertising the deal? Well, they did mention subject to approval. Moreover, I strongly feel that the only reason they did it is because some idiot investors were harassing Fresno office. It was JN's way of saying "Stop it!". Too bad there's a ton of politics involved. But as I said I don't feel JN did anything inappropriate. By my standards, at least.
