TGOG Inc. is only on Universal Bioenergy website, NDR probably never heard of THEM. It's just a part of the Ali/Guest scam.
I'm thinking illegal UBRG junk. I think I will call them back and get the email address of the guy I talked to and send him a link to the UBRG website. I could also ask him about NDR. But I don't think so, NDR sells, distributes, etc., but I can ask.
