It means squat if the SEC invokes Section 12(k) and revokes this issuer for delinquent filings. The China connection does not help either.

What is sad is the CFO makes $287,000 plus benefits and bonus, with an $811,000 severance package.

The CEO makes $437,500, plus benefits and bonus, forget the stock awards, options, and severance.

And none of them can get the 10K out and risk the issuer getting revoked by the SEC and screwing all the shareholders.

Talk about dereliction of duty and fleecing the shareholders.
