presently still a tropical storm, about to become post-tropical
would be a real hoot if, to complete the loop and start a brand new one, the persisting system/circulation center then somehow got shunted south to off of northwest Africa and started moving (again) to the west, redeveloping back into a tropical system coming back around for a second try at hitting us
