Look it is likely that some of the LLC that bought those covert able notes and convert to stock last year may have been selling some on the fake PR. the volume was high for 4 days or so.

I am guess there buying back but do not want the price to go up, thus looking like dumping !!!! ???

TCEL itself has nothing to gain from the trading of shares??!!
but others do !!!
Tcel paid there small fee to the state to be a company, they list the outstanding shares as 2.9 just as it has been.

They will likely Do the back Q Report soon IMO.
