I believe last R/S was 2010. If management does that it would kill any institutional buying. They already have a bad name for that, offerings and dilution. That would kill investing here. They may put up with one, but never 2 R/S in a 5 year period.

The way around that is just what they are doing .... print shares.

RS or double share count, exact same thing, only here tripled in last 4 years.
