LJ, i find the whole PYCT story extremely humerous. I may be wrong, but how many hours a week do you think Pete spends on PYCT? My guess is maybe 1 max 2.

I think he is just a caretaker. All they attorney's that worked on the chills, the restructuring of the balance sheet, and not one of them can provide a current opinion letter to bring PYCT Pink Current? OTCMarkets says it can be done via skype, Pete just needs to show his ID to the attorney.

Dropping the registered agent in AZ? why do it until you have redomiciled. A registered agent costs about $100/year.
