how do you generate cash? Profitable operations. That is the goal set by Drexler through their cost cutting mechanisms. Who knows if they work, but this is how they intent to offset the negative working capital and ludicrous contracts they signed, not by magic. I know their projections suck, but their recent report estimated $20MM in annual cost savings annually. If they can achieve some of this and at least move towards profitability next year (im very skeptical as to whether they can reach profitability in 2016 like they project), then your issues will be slowly mitigated.
