I like to look at the optimistic side. Capstone is recovering from a bad first half and the future look's very promising Hoover or no Hoover. Any one looking to become a new shareholder in Capstone outside of it selling for under two cents a share does not need to read hypothetical negative comments that might not be true. JMO everyone should do there own DD before buying any investment
