Just speculation/theories as to why even when Galina's news is positive PPS drops: IMO this gives too much credit to investors analyzing the fine points of trials and looking for bones to pick:
more likely just manipulation b/c GALE is an easy target by now, and hedge funds wanted to drop many of their biotechs end of Q3.

Did Hillary's announcement re: capping Rx costs play a big role?
I dunno, it would certainly limit the ability of co's like this to recoup their R&D costs but would also create a more even playing field, they'd all be subjected to the same restrictions.
And how seriously does the market take Hillary's "winning" anyway?
She's no longer a shoe-in. But doesn't Bernie want the same thing?

Up 3% today but this has a tendency to lose all its gains for no apparent reason, writer is right about that.

That will be a game-changer!
It'll give Galina the option of licensing the marketing or maybe a merger/partnership (unlike some here IMO that could be a good idea, much better than more dilution by public offering.)
