This would have been great news before the 3 Billion that Chang dumped.....he destroyed his own company for a few hundred thousand bucks worth of dilution.....greed ruined his opportunity to really cash in here.

Now that the biotech sector has been slashed over the past few weeks, this tactic won't work. No serious investor or institutional group will even bother looking at this deflated pig now.
