The gang of cons going down one by one... This is the guy that "sold" Blackburn Mack's rig while Mack had a judgment for it to be turned over to him. It was by court judgment Mack's rig (the owner) and not Scott Phelps rig to sell. Phelps was moving it around hiding it till he sold it to Blackburn with the understanding it would be shipped to Belize.
