Is there a possibility of company shares buyback or issue dividend to your loyal long investors ?



There will always be a possibility of a share buyback when funds were available for that program. I do not contemplate a cash dividend at this time. We are still in the building stage working on financing and closing definitive agreements in place to acquire other companies, reviewing other companies for acquisition and hiring key people such as Ms. Lisa North (see yesterday's press release)from Da Vida Pools yesterday who is a fantastic addition to our pool and outdoor living division New Generation Pools. We are focused on completing the audit, filing the S-1 and upgrading from OTC:Pink current to OTC:QB, delivering a good 2015 and an excellent 2016.
