So, this factoring thing. It's basically a line of credit from someone to REDG for add revenue they are to get at a later date? If that is the case, these delays can not help those terms. Can't REDG factor the crap out of the upcoming revenue, never deliver the comics, claim bankruptcy, and bail on those debts?
Not saying this will happen but with the shady CEO tactics being pulled all the time this has to be a concern for the company providing the factoring cash.
