Thank you. I either forgot or overlooked that. I thought an amendment to the permit might be necessary to exclusively process used oil in New York but perhaps the existing permit is sufficient, or at least not a big issue with NY DEC if an amendment is required.

Therefore, when the Air Permit Renewal Application was submitted to NYS DEC on 12/20/13, this limitation was removed and the wording was replaced with "the ratio of oil to plastic depends on the type of plastic being fed".
