We see the financials an they have no money to actually acquire a profitable business without some kind of creative financing. We read they took over assets and liabilities. Are the Liabilities more than the assets? You really think its out of line to want to know more details? Did they buy it with stock shares that will now heavily dilute the company? Did they get an actual loan? Is the company profitable? I know, small details, but important to us.
