If a pharmaceutical company makes money then it would be one of few that does. There's no way a money making pharmaceutical company on the stock market will stay at such a low price per share. If MCET/OXIS comes through and OXIS pays MCET all the money as shown in the 10Q than this will be no where close to this price of .0003/4.
