Motivations are an interesting thing...we all have them......as far as:

If such a bad company, with bad leadership full of lies etc. why stay here and waste your time? Simple question.

Not a Bad Company and in my opinion the Company is not full of lies, they have actually been quite truthful, it is ALL in the past and present Filings, PR's, Financials of the Organization and in various Discussion Forums....if there was a "possible" lie / major mistake,....the only possible one I can see from my DD is from several years ago when Management told shareholders no RS, many bought into it, and a week later implemented a 1 for 2000 after the massive dilution, that certainly may have been misleading IN MY OPINION....

Other then that, made good coin from the low trips to .01, maybe make some more...in these markets flip it, or swing trade it, but do not be left a Bag Holder.......JMHO !
