You misunderstood, I'm saying all his PRs over the past several years were for the purpose of enticing investors to buy shares in his company. The company has produced no revenue from these promotions.
It sits at .0001 with zero (0) investors having a positive impression of the CEO or anything he has done. Because everything he has done and PRed has produced zero (0) value for investors. By any measuring stick you want to use he has been a 100% failure as a CEO of a public company.

He may not have sold personal shares but the "company" must have. Otherwise why the need for multiple reverse splits?

Before the reverse splits I had accumulated a total of 9,000,000 shares. After the reverse splits I have 300 left.
