VRNG CEO said "its over" - folks forget this Rule 44 stuff - its over - let it go - now that its done then maybe Google can call off it's offshore dark pool short machine... one down one to go...

VRNG mgt knew it was over and knew we would lose - that's why all the delays to push ZTE actions out past October 5 .... think about it...

If we had partial good news on ZTE then losing Google again would cause stock to drop again -

this second google "loss" had to be flushed
