So why haven't they sold one in the almost 2 years since they "changed business plans" after the big freeze of 2013?
Will wait patiently forever while you check on the ratio.

If I get time I will try to check. Off the top of my head that ratio was no where close.

However, I also think there may be significant demand for processors processing used oil as the hydrocarbon feed stock exclusively.
