I don't understand the legal posturing either.

With critical lawsuits, I would have liked to ask questions at the annual meeting. Unfortunately management must consider the large lawsuits as routine since they didn't make the agenda.

Does anyone else consider them routine? I think the alternate universe theory expressed the other day may be correct.
