Actually it is not clear at all. You made a reference to Regulation A+ relating to certs deposited in your account ...and Reg A+ has ZERO to do with that.

As for the reference to the "trading secret" and "how many shares were bought"...that is even more obscure. It ends up as a DTCC deposit and in the float when they are deposited to your account.
