The only thing looming is all the wild rumors about dead and forgotten A & B's. Pretty sure Hand would ROTF if someone asked about them. Old NMGL was merged out and is now a new company. The old A & B's are still sitting in dead cyber space of the old shell
in Nevada with all the old data from the past to be used as a reference of the past .. at best

No one to lift the restrictions - providing the agreement was fulfilled by NMGL by selling the mine leases and there is zero proof that ever happened

Or if it did happen the insiders ran away with the money because it's not in the new company ( lol and we all know lumb is not stupid by letting 360 million sit in NMGL for 5 years ) then letting Hand take it
