hhaahhahaa...well Eric's sneaky enough to simply claim after the fact that anyone who lent him money simply claimed to be an accredited investor!

But you're 100% spot on that no legit accredited investor that may have been a WNBD shareholder from the round 1 or round 2 carnage everyone endured, is ever gonna consider lending him monies...and if any non-accredited investors/wnbd s/h's are fool enough to check a box and lie about being accredited to start giving Eric loans on this latest note concoction of his they deserve everything that will unfold right hahahahahahaha
