Ah OK then maybe I should reread it lol OK ... Than the certs we got direct from the company, and sent to my broker are no good??? Starting to think I may have got ripped off. !! I need to check in on that,, cuz it was a awful lot of money they took from me. Lol ya ya nope we all looked again . certs were cashed in for tradable shares and in my account . they look safe And ready to trade to me. Maybe you should reread reg A+. And how it works. And how many share the company can sell directly to an investor. With out a broker getting involved. And the bonus is no brokerage fee's LMFAO. You guy's ( broker's, mm's ) can be out played.
