Looking through these sites I didn't see where it said who was backing these loans in case Winning Brands couldn't pay it back? A 2% loan that is 100% guaranteed by the FDIC or another government agency is much more attractive than a 6% loan from a company that can't pay it's bills and who's sales are down 50%.
