N2K I have given up trying to figure the direction any company may take. With Elite it could go several ways. Ultimately it is up to the bodies that govern the company and I have little if no control over.

I agree with your post 100%. Sorry if I gave the impression I know what Elite will do... because other than having a killer app for prescription opioid abuse I can only venture a guess. Your point about Epic is 100% correct. A 5 year deal with them really does not mean anything when it comes to a buyout by another entity.

Just one goal I want to see right now from Elite. ELI-200 approval by the FDA and ELI-200 out and into the market.

Everything else is way beyond my control. Whatever Nasrat Jerry and the BoD decides. Shareholders will have a vote...... BUT in most cases shareholders go with the recommendations given in the proxy.

Hopefully Elite has a few opioid ADFs out on the market by then.
