Do not know either but i do know that there are a lot of misleading statement coming out of the wood work over the last year.

half truths or not all the information on a given subject of TCEL !!!
like blaming TCEL itself for the fake PR, Or the date of the Pat or not telling the whole story on the DR P. C.

O i forget it is ok to tell fake stories or half the story to get a point across on the board !!!
