Seems like a fair swap. Here is the expected net income for the new assets we own in 2015

The big benefit is, you get a free appraisal report, telling us that the assets are worth close to $15/share. But I guess the market always knows better, right? Well, me and a friend have been buying more shares today. And we were the only buyers too.
