The district court judge is a rubber stamp for magistrate court judge Grewal's opinion. That is how the system works. A federal magistrate court judges recommendation on markmans or anything is rarely ever rejected by the district court judge. Given that Judge Grewal is an MIT grad with superior electrical engineering knowledge I doubt the district court judge second guesses him. There is a very high legal standard required for a district court judge to oppose a magistrate court judges opinion. The opinion has to be extremely obviously in error. I think Judge Grewal's opinion, although wrong, was well reasoned. Also, judge Grewal in no way has to have the same markman ruling as he had in the HTC case. That is the law. If I were you guys I would sell ASAP on this little bump.

BOTTOM LINE THE DISTRICT COURT JUDGE WILL ACCEPT JUDGE GREWAL'S MAKRMAN RECOMMENDATION THEN ALL YOU HAVE IS AN APPEAL TO THE FEDERAL CIRCUIT....THEY TAKE 13.9 MONTHES TO EVEN BE HEARD FROM THE FILING DATE. LOOK IT UP. THEN UP TO 6 MONTHS TO DECIDE.

The stock is about to collapse back to sub 1 penny (again) when URE objection to judge Grewal's fatal markman ruling is overruled by the district court judge.

Use my excellent knowledge of the law and tech to help URE selves save some money!!!
