The entire company is controlled by one man Donald E Latson, who has about 65% of the vote largely through 100 preferred shares that are designated to hold 51% of all voting rights of all securities. He also seems to hold substantially all board positions 2. There is no issued patent on the technology they are using 3. They have no revenue and are $2m in the hole (investor deficit)
They have a possibkly credible story but getting traction will be hard. I suggest you try to use their system to send a relative $10 and see if it works
