Doesn't matter if they're non-public. IDNG still has to trade value for value. And Klug is not going to give his companies to IDNG for nothing. It's still going to take millions of shares of IDNG to acquire those subsidiaries.
And those millions of shares will dilute the retail shareholders, but not Klug.
