what I'm seeing here is $50k note due now, some probably converted at .0005-.0006 and now today if they didn't convert all at once yesterday, (not sure the terms if they can own 4.99% of the OS or 9.99%) they'd get a .0003 conversion price. we're probably looking at 100-150 million shares depending where they've been converting. after that no notes due until January.

not the end of the world let's see what happens.
