CAFC would have thrown this out again.

Yesterday was overreaction or shorts just taking advantsge of the news. We knew our chances were less than 1% of even getting this back to CAFC where CAFC would have found another reason to toss this out.

Look what CAFC did with TEVA ruling. They found another reason to deny TEVA just to prove to SCOTUS you can't push us around...
