.0015 UH OH, this doesn't look good?????

Wow, the markets have been UP HUGE for days, especially some recovery in the battered bio-techs, but ole BHRT just keeps making LOWER LOWS and LOWER HIGHS, still in near total free-fall collapse looks like to me???

That Bid on the Level II is deep again this AM, all the way DOWN TO .0014 w/ 1.49 MILLION shares posted at .0014, so it looks like this is headed MUCH LOWER, likely sooner than later IMO. Given the way that Level II is stacked up and with that Ask now collapsed/fallen back to only .0016, WOWZA????? It's just taking a daily hammering from these dilution MM's. Must be the 10's and 10's, even 100's of MILLIONS of steeply discounted dilution shares- just continually hitting the Ask/Sell-side from the company's near non-stop use of toxic (that's what the SEC calls it on their web site) floorless, steeply discounted, convertible debt financing. Like the ole "death spiral" scenario playing out as Bloomberg and other's have called it.

Is this the "new plan" thingy "working out" and those "achievements" they put out in some of those recent "PRs"????????? I mean all that "stuff" in them PR's and they got a share price of less than 1/4 of a CENT, actually now close to 1/8 of ONE CENT, LOL???? I don't get it??? Why did they do another toxic note borrowing with MAGNA just days ago if everything is "working out" so swell with all these odd-ball "new" ventures and "plans' or whatever it all is??? The little PowerPoint presentation thingy in the PR and their latest SEC filings showing all these vast new areas they're supposedly going to conquer while not really running anymore clinical trials or anything- but now running like "clinics" or something, LOL !! Offering non FDA approved "stem cell treatments" somehow now on U.S. soil and all that jazz they seem to be doing now- all with like 3 or 4 total "employees" and endless borrowing and non stop use of convertible debt deals (see any recent 10-K or 10-Q and look at Asher, Magna, KBM Worldwide, Vis Vires group, Fourth Man, Daniel James, etc)- it just makes NO SENSE to me anymore??

I can't really even figure out what "business" they're actually in or even doing anymore, LOL?????? But hey, that's just me I guess. Well, given the massive collapse in the common share price in only a matter of months and in all of 2015 essentially, and now the "plan" (aka need) to do a MASSIVE 1000 to 1 R/S reverse split- maybe it's not just me that "doesn't get it" maybe, LOL !! NOT LOOKING GOOD HERE IMO. That ole Bid and that Ask just a keep on a collapsing - seems like literally by the day?? HOLY COW !!
