AHFD hasn't filed any financial information since the 2014 Q3.

The 2015 Q3 is due on November 15th - they are starting to get close to a suspension. It will probably depend on if there are complaints filed.

AHFD stated in the 8-k that their agreement was with Indian River financial - which is a shell controlled by Robert Hipple and he has had at least 4 shells suspended by the SEC.

With not filing any financial information - increasing the A/S to 20 Billion - moving the corporate charter to another state (Wyoming) - it looks pretty grim for current shareholders.
